11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:
- 6 or less days stay... 14 days notice of cancellation is required, prior to scheduled
arrival date, for full refund.
- more that 7 days stay...30 days notice of
cancellation is required, prior to scheduled arrival date, for full
refund.
- A fee equivalent to one full day room rate for each room
reserved is charged for cancellation if room(s) is not re-sold.
- Early departures are not eligible for refunds unless room(s) is
re-sold.
We understand that situations do arise and cancellations can happen.
We want to keep
losses for customers and ourselves to a minimum so our policy is to
always try to re-sell rooms.
All rooms are non-smoking ( you can smoke on the grounds or on the
porch ).
